Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Do a patch test before using a new product, and stop using it if you notice irritation.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and can change from time to time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. You can pay by cash on delivery or by direct bank transfer.
Orders
After you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if a price was listed in error. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund the payment.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
