Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart on this website and complete the checkout. We then contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, paid when your order arrives, and direct bank transfer if you prefer to pay in advance.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID and billing email. We also contact you by phone or WhatsApp if there is any delay.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Pakistan.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is Rs. 250. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,500. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation, and arrive 4–6 days after dispatch. Major cities are generally faster; remote areas can take a little longer.
Returns and refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Only if the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, within 3 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, soaps, oils, serums and tints cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How are refunds paid?
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer and are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Products
Is Flambeauty the same as Flambeau by Mishal Zain?
Yes. Flambeauty was previously known as Flambeau by Mishal Zain, and some packaging still carries that name. It is the same brand and the same products.
Should I patch test a product before using it?
Yes. As with any new cosmetic product, try a small amount on your inner arm first, and stop using it if you notice irritation.
Which shades do the lip and cheek tints come in?
Three shades: Glamour, Blessing Pink and Coral Peach. Each is available in a 20ml bottle and a 10ml mini pocket size.
